Why is it we say we don’t want to be seen as a monolith but then try and take people’s “black card” away for not liking something that’s historically and/or often associated with “being black”?
We all know what code switching is in the Black community. Is it inevitable and needed in the work field, or have we blurred the lines between displaying professionalism and feeling forced to code switch?
